Acting as merely the "little sister" for the past 22 years, Kat now gets to take on the role of the Sweet Sister of Supremity, more commonly known as the Maid-of-Honor. Amy is looking forward to hearing many embarrassing personal stories during Kat's toast at the reception. However, Amy is also very grateful to Kat, because without her helpful enthusiasm, this wedding wouldn't have been planned nearly as well or as quickly. Kat can often be found working at "A Real Bookstore" in Fairview.
Mirthful Maiden of Merriment
Ashley
An aspiring arts-and-crafts diva, bridesmaid Ashley has been designated the Mirthful Maiden of Merriment. Ashley and Amy have been friends since they met wandering the streets of their neighborhood in 1998. Ashley currently works at a heart clinic making phone calls and doing paperwork, but Amy has lost track of exactly what her position entails. Soon Ashley will transition to dental hygiene, where her bright smile will encourage all of her patients to take extra good care of their own teeth.
Lovely Lady of Liveliness
Katie
Hailing from Westminster, Maryland, the Lovely Lady of Liveliness (bridesmaid) is none other than Amy's college roommate, Katie. Having survived four years of classwork and silliness together at SMU, Katie and Amy remain close friends. In fact, Amy was a bridesmaid for Katie's wedding in December of 2010! Katie spends lots of time training her dog, Leia, to play dead, roll over, wave, speak, whisper, sit, stay, fetch... She also takes pictures of her goofy cat, Satia.
Delightful Damsel of Daisies
Rachael
According to all the wedding planning guides, a flower girl is typically a young girl between the ages of 4 and 8. That's age discrimination! Amy has chosen her pseudo-sister Rachael to act as the Delightful Damsel of Daisies. Growing up nearby, Rachael taught both Amy and Kat how to defend themselves against dangerous threats like older brothers--a sharpened pinky fingernail will do quite nicely. Now a nurse in her first year, Rachael is less rested but more productive than ever before. Yet she still manages to fit a wedding into her busy schedule!

Jon
Jon has known Nick since September 11, 1985, when Nick's arrival into the world changed Jon's position from "youngest child" to "middle child." Jon has almost completed his degree in General Studies with a focus in Environmental Science at UNT. He plans to continue on and get a master's degree in Environmental Science. His hobbies include keeping exotic aquariums and pwning n00bs on Xbox Live.
